1. Introduction
SYCONX LLC owns and operates ChargeCrafter. It applies to the ChargeCrafter website and web application located at https://chargecrafter.com and related pages and subdomains operated by SYCONX.

- Google LLC — used for optional "Sign in with Google" (OAuth) authentication and, where configured, for analytics (such as Google Analytics). Google may set cookies in connection with these features.

Other service providers used by ChargeCrafter — including OpenAI, L.L.C. for AI features (such as AI invoice and receipt scanning and the in-app AI assistant), tax-rate data providers such as TaxJar, and optional payment connectors you choose to enable (such as PayPal, Square, Adyen, Mollie, Klarna, Authorize.Net, Wise, Mercury, and Brex) — primarily process the data you submit to those features rather than setting cookies in your browser, but they may use their own technologies when you interact directly with their interfaces. 5. How Long Cookies Last
Cookies and similar technologies remain on your device for different lengths of time depending on their purpose:

7. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting that sends a signal to websites requesting that your online activity not be tracked. There is currently no consistent industry or legal standard for how services should respond to DNT signals. Because of this lack of a common standard, ChargeCrafter does not currently respond to DNT signals in a specific way. We continue to use cookies and similar technologies as described in this policy. If a uniform standard for DNT is adopted in the future, we will reassess our approach and update this policy accordingly.
